NOIR began in Richmond in 2018 after seeing cars put through the same polishing process regardless of paint condition, age or how they were used.
We built the studio around a different approach: inspect first, measure where needed and recommend only work the car will benefit from. Controlled lighting and a test section guide correction; the written quote records the limits. At collection, we review remaining defects and explain curing and washing.

Care before correction
Depth readings and a test section guide the work. A deeper defect can be left if further polishing is not justified.
Straight answers
The quote lists preparation, surfaces, film panels and studio time. Any changes are discussed before proceeding.
Consistent attention
A daily driver and a weekend classic receive the same inspection checks. Polished surfaces are checked after residue removal, so oils do not disguise marks.
Support after collection
You leave knowing when to wash, which products to use and whether a follow-up inspection is needed.
