Correction + ceramic protection
Fine wash marks were most visible across the black bonnet and doors. Two-stage correction was selected after testing, followed by coating for simpler day-to-day washing.
Condition & brief
The paint looked clean in shade, but directional lighting revealed swirls and patchy haze. The owner wanted the visible wash damage addressed without an aggressive attempt to remove every isolated scratch.
Method & decisions
A test section established the polishing combination. We worked broad panels in small sections, protected sensitive edges and removed residue between checks. The refined paint was prepared for coating, with application inspected for uneven residue.

The broad panels no longer showed the same blanket of fine haze. Deeper isolated marks were retained where further correction was not justified, and coating application was checked before release.
The washing guide focused on rinsing loose dirt before contact and avoiding pressure when drying dark paint.
